Weddings with a ceremony and reception will receive full coordination to include:

  1. Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
  2. Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours
  3. Planning meeting/Site Inspections
  4. Reviewing timelines and checklists
  5. Assist with overall design and color scheme, and style of the wedding
  6. Assisting with etiquette questions
  7. Coordinating any special vow requests with minister
  8. Help with finding, negotiating, and booking vendors.
  9. Assisting with any enhancement requests
  10. Coordinating with all vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
  11. Coordinating Rehearsal if requested
  12. Ceremony Coordination
  13. All set up for reception and coordinator onsite through the meal service
